Step 1 : First go to official website : http://www.mangalurucity.mrc.gov.in/en
Step 2 : Scroll down and check "Water Supply Online Payment" or "ನೀರಿನ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಆನ್ಲೇನ್ ಪಾವತಿ " [Official Website of SBI : https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=2979170 ]
Step 3 : Click on Button and do processed.
Step 4 : Now you see Online SBI Muti-Modal Payment Portal Opened. Click on "Check Box" and Click on "Proceed" Button.
Step 5 : Select Payment Category. Either "Advance Water Bill Payment" or "WATER BILL"
Step 6 : After Selecting Water Bill. Now Enter your "SEQUENCE NO" Correctly.
Step 7 : After than you see your all details are shown on your screen. Add your Date of Birth, Mobile No., Email id correctly.
Step 8 : Enter "Captcha Code" Correctly.
Step 9 : Click on "Submit" Button.
Step 10 : Click on "Confirm" Button.
Step 11 : Select Payment Method. Card Payment, UPI, NEFT/RTGS or SBI Branch
Step 12 : Make Payment through Selected Payment Method.
Step 13 : Note down your Reference No or Take a print of your Water bill receipt.
